All of the information provided throughout the Program and Services, including the resources delivered via phone/video conference, e-mail, in the online forum, live events including webinars and video/audio recordings educating about business, laws, health, and/or finance-related information, are resources for educational and informational purposes only and should not take the place of hiring a licensed professional. You understand that Company does not and will not provide any form of diagnosis.

TIME COMMITMENT

Our coaching time limit for a session is limited to 60 minutes and is provided on condition of advance payment only. Time of session may be extended at the discretion of your coach and is subject to time availability.

We understand the value of your time, and hope you value ours! Kindly inform your coach via email or whatsapp should there be a need to reschedule, postpone or cancel your session at least 24 hours in advance. In case of failure to do so we do not compensate advance payments for the sessions due to commercial losses. This ensures that we can continue to provide value to our other customers and ensure everyone is served in a punctual manner.

For coaching packages, meetings will be followed by your coach sending you notes, recommendations, and action steps for you to accomplish in preparation for the following meeting. These steps are what help move you toward your goals, and they will be discussed in detail at each meeting. In addition, you will receive a variety of handouts, recipes, samples, and other materials, plus ongoing email support. This requires a significant time commitment from both your coach and yourself, hence it is a relationship built upon mutual respect and responsibility.

SCHEDULING

As your Coaches, we understand that our clients have busy schedules and we take pride in not keeping them waiting or keeping them longer than planned. Each session (with the exception of introduction sessions if they take place) will end 60-90 minutes after it was scheduled to begin. Please be on time. If the Client needs to cancel or reschedule the appointment, the Client must do so 24 hours in advance; otherwise, the Client will forfeit that appointment and will not have an opportunity to reschedule it unless otherwise stated by the coach.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Coaching sessions must be changed or cancelled 24 hours before your scheduled time, unless it is an emergency. In this case, please e-mail or whatsapp us directly to let us know of your cancellation. You coach will give you the same courtesy, should they need to cancel a session with less than 24 hours notice.

Your coach works with a predetermined amount of clients monthly. Upon signing this contact, your coach will allocate time within their schedule for your sessions. Therefore, clients are responsible for monthly fees regardless if sessions take place or not.

PAYMENT

Payment is accepted via wire transfer to Bank accounts, Paypal, and Western Union. Ooredoo Money options are also available for residents of Qatar.


TERMINATING COACHING RELATIONSHIP

If at any time you or your coach is not satisfied with the coaching arrangement, either party may terminate the arrangement. This must be done in writing and at least 24 hours prior to the next scheduled session.

ETHICAL CONDUCT

Alyonacoaches adheres to the ethical standards outlined in the International Coach Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics. For information on the ICF standards and practices for coaching, go to: www.coachingfederation.org.

ONLINE STORE TERMS AND REFUNDS

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Site and/or Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

You agree to not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

A breach or violation of any of these Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds after purchase. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please share your concerns with us via email at alyonacoaches@outlook.com and we’ll do our best to make things right.

You agree to not dispute any charges at any time. In the event that you inadvertently dispute a charge made to your account in connection with a purchase made through this website, you agree to immediately cancel/withdraw such a dispute. You understand that disputing a charge through your financial institution is a violation of this Agreement and you agree to not do so. You are responsible for any fees, including attorney’s fees, associated with recouping payment on disputes and any collection fees associated with such an event.

DISCLAIMERS

The client understands that the role of the coach is not to prescribe or assess medication or psychiatric diagnoses; provide health care, medical or nutrition therapy services; or to diagnose, treat or cure any disease, condition or other physical or mental ailment of the human body. Rather, the coach is a mentor and guide who has been trained in holistic health coaching and psychology approach to help clients reach their own mental health, career and self-development goals by helping clients devise and implement positive, sustainable lifestyle/mindset changes and programs. The Client understands that the coach is not acting in the capacity of a doctor, licensed psychiatrist, clinical psychologist or other licensed or registered professional, and that any advice given by the coach is not meant to take the place of advice by these professionals. If the client is under the care of a health care professional or currently uses prescription medications, the client should inform the coach before the commencement of any services and understands that the services is not a replacement or alternative thereof.

The Client has chosen to work with the coach and understands that the information received should not be seen as medical or nursing advice and is not meant to take the place of seeing licensed health professionals.

PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY AND RELEASE OF HEALTH CARE RELATED CLAIMS

The client acknowledges that the client takes full responsibility for the client’s life and well-being, as well as the lives and well-being of the client’s family and children (where applicable), and all decisions made during and after this program.

The client expressly assumes the risks of any workshop or program, including the risks of trying new lifestyles and mindsets, and the risks inherent in making lifestyle changes. The client releases the coach from any and all liability, damages, causes of action, allegations, suits, sums of money, claims and demands whatsoever, in law or equity, which the client ever had, now has or will have in the future against the coach, arising from the client’s past or future participation in, or otherwise with respect to an Alyonacoaches session or program.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Alyonacoaches will keep the client’s information private, and will not share the client’s information to any third party unless compelled to by law. The exception is information that might prevent threat to the client or others, information about law violation, information received from people under 18 and feedbacks provided on our services. We reserve a right to use the feedbacks on this website and our social media platforms (on condition on removing any information, that allows identify the client).
